ANTIUM AURUM Representative attended the annual congress of the International Numismatic Association IAPN in Rome
On May 21-24, 2026, the Congress of the International Numismatic Association IAPN was held in Rome, this year connected with the celebration of the 75th anniversary of this important international numismatic organization, with the participation of a record number of members – leading numismatic societies, auction houses and numismatic experts from all over the world. Our company ANTIUM AURUM is a full member of this association and its representative attended this congress in person this year.

The city of Rome, known for its unique connection between history and culture, was chosen for the 74th IAPN Congress. The congress program was truly packed and included, in addition to several sessions, a visit to the Museum of the Italian Mint (IPZS – Istituto Polografica e Zecca dello Stato) with a demonstration of the preparation of medal minting, as well as the archaeological park of the ancient city of Ostia.

The International Numismatic Association IAPN is celebrating a significant anniversary this year – 75 years since its founding in Geneva in 1951. A medal was minted for this significant anniversary, which was received by the congress participants. In addition to the IAPN logo and the development of coinage, it also emphasizes the 75th anniversary of this association, as well as commemorating this year’s 74th congress of the association in Rome by presenting elements from the history of this city.
